November 16-19: the second week of the second quarter
GOALS FOR QUARTER 2:
Counting Goal: 0-50, skip counting by 10's, backwards from 10-0
Shapes: draw the four basic shapes (square, circle, triangle, rectangle)
Recite your birthday (M/D/Y)
Write: numbers 0-10 and continue practicing the alphabet
Patterns: AABB (and reviewing ABAB patterns)
Time: telling time to the nearest hour
Alphabet: match lower to lower, learn sounds for each letter in the alphabet
Terms: author and illustrator
This weeks theme will be the nursery rhyme: "Little Miss Muffet". You will see art projects coming home this week that are related to this rhyme.
